pdf generation - How to create PDFs from online forms using a service like Wufoo or Formstack? -

i'm developing site multipage forms client needs complete. forms standard legal agreements additional fields concerning height, weight, etc. idea once forms filled out, need printed out of legal information included, not fields themselves.

i've found companies (wufoo, formstack, &c.) provide secure online form creation, i'm having trouble finding 1 allows form fields parsed formatted document (be html, pdf, or what-have-you). suggestions?

you can use webmerge automatically generate pdf documents data collected online. formstack has direct integration webmerge , can use web hooks other services automatically send data create pdfs.
