here scenario: moving development environment servers our local machines. our local machines have sql server, sp 2010 server, sp 2010 designer, , visual studio 2010 on them. need technical specs stating administrator permissions required perform development , debug tasks, exists? have been trying find on have come short.

granted assuming admin permissions required perform these tasks, don't see how wouldn't.

yes, need administrative permissions on local machine. instance need run visual studio 2010 using elevated privilegies able debug solution , need admin privs able deploy farm solutions.

for sandboxed solutions, there no need admin privs though.
