visualstudio offers (or @ least offered) wizard conversion vb6 vb.net (which converted c# bit of work, possibly helped #develop's vb.net <-> c# converter), when last used it, non-trivial there lot of manual work needing done suspect you're better rewriting or porting hand if large and/or important application.
