wcf - Why web services remains an integrated part in .net 4.0 -

why 'web services' concept has not been removed vs 2010 becoz wcf services provides features 'web services' does. there available in web services can not implemented wcf service or becoz of backward compatibility?

binding - How can you make the color of elements of a WPF DrawingImage dynamic? -
