android - How to load images from url resources in droid app? -

i want load images uri resource , subdivide image smaller regions, , able place marker or icon on particular region on image. i'm not sure how started on this. can point me documentation, provide sample code or tutorials me started?

binding - How can you make the color of elements of a WPF DrawingImage dynamic? -
