iPhone and Android monthly payment - best ways -

i have write monthly payment these 2 platforms 1 of clients.

my question is:

  1. can use paypal payment iphone kind of payment? (not buying itunes, paying subscribtion).
  2. what other payment services providers recommend? (for example: in-app purchase iphone, else android, etc.)
  3. what can recommend me use library (i saw paypal x, example?)

binding - How can you make the color of elements of a WPF DrawingImage dynamic? -
